ORDER :-
Sri N.Satyanarayana, learned counsel representing Sri Y.Narapa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for an adjudication and writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
