This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in proposing to assign/distribute house site plots in Gramakantam lands covered by Sy.No.502-2 situated at Yeditha Kothuru, H/o.Yeditha, Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District, and trying to dispossess the petitioner No.1 from the land in an extent of 446.33 Sq. Yards i.e., 169 Sq. Yards bounded by East: Poramboke land, West: Drainage, North:land belongs to Vasamsetti Chinna, South: pathway, and 277.33 Sq. yards bounded by East: Poramboke land, West: Drainage, North & South: land belongs to Petitioner No.1, and Petitioner No.2 from Ac.0.40 cents bounded by East: land belongs to Petitioner No.1, West: land belongs to Kota Nagamani, Putta Ravi, East: Tank, South: land belongs to Putta Ravi, respectively covered by Sy.No.502-2 situated at Yeditha Kothuru, H/o. Yeditha, Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District, as arbitrary, illegal, violation of principles of natural justice, unconstitutional, colourable exercise of power and to pass such orders."

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the leaned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P. No.5652 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020. A copy of the said order is placed on record as material paper by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded

therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the said order. Office to enclose a copy of the said order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to the costs of the Writ Petition.
