ORDER:
Having regard to the consensus expressed by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
The petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate application before the District Collector, for reddressal of his grievance with regard to the inclusion of the land admeasuring Acs.2.93 cents situated in Sy.No.850 of Reddivaripalli village, H/o. Yerragatlavandlapalli, Chinnamandyam Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, in 22-A register, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and if such an application is filed within the stipulated time, the same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter without expressing any merits.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to the costs of the Writ Petition.
