This civil revision petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.107 of 2016 in OS No.65 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Nagari.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the above suit was dismissed on 22.09.2018. Therefore, this civil revision petition is now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
