This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 04.05.2016 in I.A. NO.213 of 2016 in O.S. No.292 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chodavaram.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the aforesaid suit was dismissed without costs on 29.11.2016. Therefore, this revision petition has now rendered in fructuous.
