This civil revision petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 14.06.2016 passed in CMA No.27 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole, which was filed against the order dated 06.08.2015 passed in IA No.1414 of 2015 in OS No.422 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ongole.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the above suit was dismissed for want of prosecution on 06.02.2020. Therefore, this civil revision petition is now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
