This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 13.03.2017 passed in I.A. No.217 of 2017 in O.S. No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Peddapuram, East Godavari District.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the aforesaid suit was decreed on 05.06.2017. Therefore, this revision petition has now rendered in fructuous.
