It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-bank that there is no proposal as on date for auctioning the subject-property and there is no auction notification issued so far.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 06.03.2017, no action has been taken on the said representation by the respondentbank authorities.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, that the petitioner herein may be asked to submit a representation afresh giving all the details so that the same will be verified and appropriate further action will be taken in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation, giving all the details, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed/

appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any,
shall stand closed.
