ORDER : ( per the Hon’ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)
When the matter is taken up, counter-affidavit, deposed
by the Commissioner, Endowments Department, A.P., Vijayawada, is filed, stating that, as per the orders of this Court, the representation, dated 15.02.2017, had been examined and the request made by the petitioner herein for notional promotion was considered and rejected, vide the Commissioner’s office proceedings in Rc.No.E2/COE2703/2017, dated 18.04.2019, and that the petitioner herein acknowledged the same on 01.05.2019.
Having regard to the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to assail the said proceedings, dated 18.04.2019, and consequential proceedings, if any, before the appropriate forum of law, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
