ORDER : ( per the Hon’ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)
When the matter is taken up, the order, dated 11.10.2019, passed by the Joint Collector/Chairman, Task Force Committee, YSR District, is placed on record. Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the said order read as under:
“3. In view of the above, Smt.V.Chennakesavamma, R/o Weigh Bridge Korrapadu Road, Proddutur mandal, Kadapa District is hereby appointed as M.P.H.A.(F) and allotted to the O/o the District Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa in the existing vacancy under H.H. category. The appointment made in pursuance of decisions made in and it is also subject to outcome of any of the cases pending in Hon’ble Court in this regard.
4. The Unit Officers are requested to issue appointment orders after verification of the original certificates and physical illness certificate produced by the individual before the joining the post and report the date of joining of the individual submitting a copy of the same to the District Employment Officer, Kadapa for deleting their names from the list of unemployment registration rolls. The individual is directed to report to duty before the concerned Department with all certificates of Educational qualifications in original immediately in case if the certificates are proved spurious, the appointment will be cancelled without assigning any reasons thereof”.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that, in pursuance of the above said order, petitioner herein has joined in service also. The said statement is recorded.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
