ORDER:

Aggrieved by the proceedings of respondent No.2 dated 07.09.2019 temporarily suspending the petitioner from the post of Field Assistant in Mushidigattu Gram Panchayat, Narasannapeta Mandal, Srikakulam, the present writ petition is filed.

Petitioner, who was appointed as Field Assistant in Mushidigattu Gram Panchayat, Narasannapeta Mandal, Srikakulam, was temporarily suspended by the impugned proceedings based on the complaint dated 30.08.2019 submitted by the villagers of Mushidigattu Gram Panchayat and was asked to submit explanation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. His grievance is that though he submitted detailed explanation on 16.09.2019, respondent No.2 did not conduct any proceedings till date. Hence the writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the proceedings would be completed as early as possible.

The petitioner has since submitted detailed explanation dated 16.09.2019 pursuant to impugned suspension proceedings, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the proceedings, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
