This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner objections raised on 05.11.2019 against the impugned revised provisional seniority list of Master of Social Work (MSW) Gr.II in Zone-IV prepared vide proceedings dated 23.10.2019.

Petitioner claims to have been appointed as MPHA (F) on 28.10.1992; later, she was promoted as MSW Grade.II vide proceedings dated 20.04.2017 and presently working at Government Medical College, Kadapa; she claims to be qualified for next promotion as MSW Gr-I, which is a zonal post of Zone-IV, and respondent No.1 is the appointing authority; respondent No.1 prepared revised provisional seniority list of MSW Gr.II in Zone-IV vide proceedings dated 23.10.2019, wherein the petitioner was placed at SlNo.5 instead of Sl.No.2, contrary to statutory rules issued vide G.O.Ms.No.565 dated 27.08.1979 and consequential amendment vide G.O.Ms.No.190 dated 17.08.2012

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that respondent No.1 have to place the MSW qualified candidates names in the top of the provisional seniority list dated 23.10.2019 and below them the 2^nd category candidates with M.A.Sociology qualified candidates names have to be placed as is provided under statutory rules issued vide G.O.Ms.No.565 dated 27.08.1979. He further contends that

objections were called for on 23.10.2019, and the petitioner submitted his objections to the provisional seniority list on 05.11.2019 and seeks consideration of those objections.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, and without going into the merits of the case, if the objections dated 23.10.2019 filed by the petitioner are still pending consideration, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with the rule position.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
