ORDER: ( Per Hon’ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)
It is submitted by Sri K.Srinivasa Prasad, Advocate representing Sri K.R.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the present Contempt Case, the respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner, hence, nothing survives in the present Contempt Case.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the orders passed on his representation, if he so advised, before appropriate forum of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
