Heard Sri Arun Kumar Vishvakarma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Pramit Kumar Pal, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners Smt. Deepika Verma and Amit Kumar with the following prayers:-

" It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:-

(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners in any manner and further be pleased to restrain the respondents from harassing the petitioners in any manner.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from raiding the house of the petitioners and threatening them in any manner with injury to their life and limb solely on the ground of marriage between the petitioners.

(c) Issue any other and further suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice

(d) Award Cost of the writ petition is favour of the petitioners."

Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has received instructions in the matter and as per instructions it transpires that the petitioner no. 1 is already a married woman.
