In the present case, this Court by order dated 20.1.2026 granted time to petitioner to raise his submission and press the discharge application within three weeks and shall not in any way stretch it beyond the said period. Petitioner has not raised his submission in compliance of order dated 20.1.2026.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that due to personal difficulty of counsel, the discharge application could not be pressed as per time limit fixed by order dated 20.1.2026.

Since the earlier order dated 20.1.2026 has been passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, entertaining the present petition may amount to review of the earlier order, therefore, it would be imperative that the matter be placed before appropriate Bench, as fresh, after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
