The present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the advertisement and to decide the representation dated 09.02.2023.

Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Manoj Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner that since the aforesaid representation has already been decided by the respondents, therefore, present petition became infructuous and prays to dismiss the present petition as having become infructuous with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the order passed in representation.
