It is quite surprising that page 29 of the writ petition is an order dated 10.10.2025 which has been impugned by the writ petitioner though it appears to be a communication by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mahoba to the Chief Standing Counsel. Apparently, once an order is passed deciding the representation then the same is to be marked to be person who has preferred representation and whose representation has been decided but page 29 shows that a communication has been made to the Chief Standing Counsel.
