Sri Kamal Kumar Kesherwani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

At the very outset, Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 submits that the order of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 4248 of 2023 has been complied with by the answering respondents inasmuch as a sum of Rs. 20 Lacs has been paid to the petitioner under order dated 01.02.2024.

So far as the second relief of release of salary of late Smt. Kamlesh Kumari, Assistant Teacher for the month of October, 2022, the claim has been rejected.

Sri Kamal Kumar Kesherwani, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no such order rejecting claim has been served upon him or the petitioner till date.

Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 submits that he shall serve a copy of the said order upon Sri Kamal Kumar Kesherwani, learned counsel for the petitioners within a week.
