This Court vide its order dated 12th March, 2026 had directed that notice be issued to opposite party no. 4.

The office vide its note dated 26.03.2026 reports that no steps have been taken by the petitioner for service of notice on respondent no. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner prays for some further time to take steps for service of notice. The petition is continuing as a fresh case since 13th February, 2026. The order for issuing notice to the respondent no. 4 was passed on 12th March 2026. It has been two months since previous order passed by this Court. However, considering the circumstances of the case, the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take steps for service of notice on the respondent no. 4 by 20th May, 2026.

In case steps are not taken by 20th May, 2026, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to any court.

Notice shall be issued fixing 13.07.2026.

List again on 13.07.2026 in the additional cause list.
