Heard Ms. Pragya Singh, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Meenakshi Singh Parihar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Chandan Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party and perused the record.

This Court vide order dated 12.12.2025 referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicable settlement of dispute.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties states that the dispute between the parties has been settled vide settlement dated 04.02.2026 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Since the settlement has arrived between the parties, there is nothing left for adjudication by this Court in the present transfer application.

In view of the above, the present transfer application is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement dated 04.02.2026.
