Sri Gaurav Singh learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Avenindra Singh Parihar, learned counsel for the opposite party are present.

In pursuance of the order dated 19.12.2025, applicant-Jitendra Kumar and opposite party- Atul Rajbala @ Rajni are present before this Court. Both the parties have agree to settle their dispute through the process of mediation.

Taking into consideration the willingness of the parties to settle the dispute, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, with the direction that the first date of mediation/first session would be 28.01.2026. The parties shall remain present at the Mediation Center of this Court on 28.01.2026 to participate in the mediation proceeding.

The mediation proceedings shall be conducted and concluded with expedition subject to proper cooperation of the parties.

In compliance of the Court's order dated 19.12.2025, the applicant has furnished a demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favor of the opposite party, the same has been handed over to the opposite party in the presence of their counsel.

List this case on 10.03.2026, as fresh, showing the name of Sri Avenindra Singh Parihar as counsel for the opposite party.

The applicant, Sri Jitendra Kumar submits that he has not seen his child since the last six years.

On the next date of listing, the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court shall submit the status report of the matter.
