1. Learned A.G.A. states that he has not received instructions. He prays for a short time to obtain complete instructions and file a counter affidavit.

Till 14.5.2026 , in the event of the arrest of the applicant- Virendra Kumar Bind, involved in Case Crime No. 280 of 2024, under Sections 64(1) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2023, Police Station Machhali Shahar, District Jaunpur, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned, with the following conditions:-
