1. Learned A.G.A. states that he has not received instructions. He prays for a short time to obtain complete instructions and file a counter affidavit.

2. As prayed, two weeks' time is granted to the learned A.G.A. to file a counter affidavit.

3. Put up as fresh on 14.5.2026.

Till 14.5.2026 , in the event of the arrest of the applicants- Athar and Shuaib, involved in Case Crime No. 1121 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2), 111, 338, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned, with the following conditions:-

i. The applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

ii. The applicants shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
