1. The Learned A.G.A., at the outset, submits that he does not have instructions in the matter.

2. Put up as fresh on 08.05.2026 to enable the Learned A.G.A. to obtain necessary instructions in the matter.

3. Till the next date of listing, in the event of arrest of the applicant- Priti Sagar , involved in the Case Crime No.576 of 2024, under Section 108 B.N.S., Police Station- Sector- 113, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, she shall be released on interim anticipatory bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned with the following conditions:-

(i) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence and that she would appear before the trial Court on the date fixed unless exempted by the Court concerned;

(ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) The applicant would co-operate during trial and would not misuse the

liberty of bail.

(iv) The applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court concerned.

(v) The applicant shall not pressurize/intimidate the prosecution witness;
