Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Recall Application bearing Case No.927 of 2025 in Maintenance Case No.1354 of 2021, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., Police Station Adampur, District Varanasi pending in the court of Principal Judge Family Court No.1, Varanasi within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
