This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.42187 of 2023, under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Gorakhpur within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
