Learned A.G.A. submits that though he has obtained instructions through e-mail on 13.03.2026, but as on date the case diary has not been sent to the office of Government Advocate.

The A.D.G. (Technical), U.P. Police, who appeared in Bail Application No.6607 of 2026, informed the Court that access to obtain case diary through ICJS Portal has been given to the Joint Director (Prosecution) High Court, but Joint Director (Prosecution) High Court has informed that no such access has been given to him. He further submits that there was simply a correspondence regarding getting the access to obtain criminal history through ICJS Portal for which one officer was required to be nominated.

Considering the contrary stand taken by the Joint Director (Prosecution) High Court, the Court has no option except to summon the A.D.G. (Technical), U.P. Police to assist the Court on the next date through Video Conferencing on 19.03.2026 at 10:00 A.M.
