Learned Trial Judge concerned shall forthwith send a fresh report regarding the status of the trial of the present case with the following details in tabulated form:-

(i) Date on which the charge was framed.

(ii) Number and particulars (i.e. name, nature of witness like eye witness and expert witness etc.) of prosecution witnesses proposed to be examined as per the charge sheet.

(iii) Names and number of prosecution witnesses who have been examined before the trial court with dates.

(iv) Number of times the witness was present and the case was adjourned along with the reason for the adjournment.

(v) The trial court need not send the aforesaid details, if the trial has been decided, but the date of disposal and the result be mentioned.

Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
