This petition has been filed for following relief:

"Issue an order, direction and directing the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), F.T.C., Jaunpur to decide the Suit for eviction being Case No. 700 of 2001 (Sri Ram Janki vs. Sri Ram & others), which is pending before Civil Judge (Jr. Division), F.T.C., Jaunpur within stipulated period."

Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2001. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), F.T.C., Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law,
