1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, who appears on behalf of the Respondent nos.1 to 3, Bank of Baroda.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayers:-

"A- A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus be issue against the Respondents to return the entire articles, ornaments of the petitioner or to pay Rs.Twe Crore to the petitioner as the value of the ornaments.

B- A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus be issue against the Respondents to make proper enquiry against the responsible officer and lodged the First information report.

C- Any other relief or order to which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted in the interest of justice, along with the costs of the petitioner."

3. Let a counter affidavit be filed by the Bank within three weeks. One week's time thereafter is given to the petitioner to file rejoinder
