Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties, Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for opposite party nos.2 to 7 and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer:

"(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus regarding in respect of the award compensation in under departmental rules to the death of her son namely Shravan Kumar S/o Late Rohan at the age of 10 years, in the electrocution during the grazing of animals in the field, where one phase broken active wire of 11000 KV line was lying in the field of Suraj Pal on 26.06.2002 and got in touch of live wire and died."

Let counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within four weeks.

One week time thereafter is granted to file rejoinder affidavit.
