1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 5.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayers:-

"i. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties particularly Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 for the compliance of the order dated A 05.06.2024 passed by the Court of opposite party no. 3 in the suit under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 bearing Case No.RST/362/1998-199 Computerized case no. T198502570400003; (Ram Prasad Vs. Parasnath) originally numbered as 330/043/297 (Annexure No. 1 and 2), in the interest of justice.

II. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 2, 3 and 5 to maintain the law and peace, in the interest of justice.

III. Issue any other writ order or directions which this Hon'ble court may deem fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
