Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following main relief:-

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/3 to provide physical possession of scheduled property to the petitioner Bank in respect of NPA Account of respondent no.5 and 6 under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in pursuance of the order dated 28.12.2024 passed by the learned respondent no.3 in Application being Case No.2120 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.D2022411270002120) (ICICI Bank Limited Vs. Manju Bhati and Another) under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002."

Ms. Shruti Malviya, learned Brief Holder on instruction, which is taken on record, states that a committee has been constituted and now, the bank has to issue a authority letter alongwith notices to borrower with specific date to take possession, and as soon as the aforesaid formality is completed by the bank, the police force shall be provided to the bank. Relevant extract of the instruction is being reproduced herein below:-

सादर अवगत कराना है िक मा० उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद मे िरट याची के आदेश के अनुपालन में याची ICICI बैंक द्वारा अचल सम्पित फलैट न0 253 िद्वतीय तल टावर / ब्लाक -जी० गौड आतुल्य प्लाट जी0एच0-01ए ओमीक्रोन-1 ग्रेटर नोएडा गौतमबुद्धनगर के ICICI बैंक अिधकािरयो को कब्जा िदलाने के सम्बंध मे श्रीमान पुिलस उपायुक्त मुख्यालय गौतमबुद्धनगरके िनदेर्शन मे थाना प्रभारी दादरी द्वारा पुिलस टीम का गठन िकया गया पुिलस

को बैंक द्वारा अिधकृत अिधकारी द्वारा मांग पर तत्काल पुिलस बल उपल्बध कराया जायेगा मा०उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद के आदेश / िनदेर्शों का पालन िकया गया सम्पूणर् कायर्वाही करते हुए आदेश का पालन िकया एवं कराया जा रहा है।

In view of the aforesaid fact, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off with no order as to costs.
