Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kartikey Saran, learned Additional Advocate General for State of U.P. along-with Sri Dharmendra Prasad Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of respondent-State.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 03.09.2025 instructions dated 04.09.2025 was placed before the Court, same is taken on record.

It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that vide order dated 04.09.2025 respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj allowed the claim of the petitioner.

After going through the same, it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been granted hence present writ petition has become infructuous.

¶11

In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
