On the strength of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that place where the petitioner has been transferred is within the same district to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the block where the petitioner has been transferred is away of more than 100 kms.

In view of above, the petitioner is directed to file supplementary affidavit in this respect duly mentioning the distance of the places of earlier posting and current place of transfer.

List again on 18.12.2025 as fresh case.
