Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner sought transfer from District Gorakhpur to District Basti. However, in his representation the writ petitioner had taken ground that his wife is posted as teacher in Basti and his mother is 100% disabled but the claim of the writ petitioner has been negated without considering the physical disability of the mother of the writ petitioner on the ground that the writ petitioner had been posted for the past 21 years in District Basti itself, so he cannot be transferred.
