Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted to expedite the Criminal Complaint Case No. 352 of 2021, (Tej Singh Vs. Manoj), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station -Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar which is pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-9th, Bulandshahar. No substantial progress has been made till date in the said complaint case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of.
