Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a complainant in Complaint Case No. 925 of 2020, Computer No. 4241 of 2020 (Tej Singh Vs. Yashpal Arora), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar, which is pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate First, Bulandshahar. It is stated that no substantial progress has been made till date in the said case and the case is being adjourned for one reason or another. The opposite party no.2 is adopting delaying tactics in lingering the proceeding of the case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of .
