Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Subham Tandon, learned brief holder for the State and perused the record.

By means of the present application under Section 529 BNSS, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to expedite the Case No. 2894 of 2023 (Smt. Varsha Gupta Vs. Bhanu Prakash), under section 125 Cr.P.C.,is pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, within time stipulated.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
