Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is informant in Case No. 2612 of 2020 (State Vs. Aniruddh Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 250 of 2020 under section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kotwali Orai, District-Jalaun within stipulated time. The dispute is with regard to the matrimonial dispute. It is stated that no substantial progress has been made till date in the said case and the case is being adjourned for one reason or another. The opposite parties are adopting delaying tactics in deciding the case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of .
