This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 4.2.2022, cognizance order/summoning order dated 23.6.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut as well as entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 7643 of 2022 (State Vs. Hitesh Mohan Agarawal & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 0224 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut, pending before X-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, in the light of compromise dated 16.7.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.
