Heard Mr. Rahul Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Verma, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Rahul Saxena, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and Mr. B.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite party no.2 have entered into compromise and the same has been verified by learned court concerned but the same is not on record.

This Court vide order dated 27.06.2025 directed the applicants and opposite party no.2 to appear before the court concerned on 25.07.2025 and submit the compromise and the said compromise be verified by the court concerned. The compromise has been verified by the court concerned but the report of court concerned is not available on record..

In view of above, the report of compromise verification be called from court concerned/learned Judicial Magistrate, Sardhana, Meerut within two weeks.
