Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.215/2012 (State Vs. Mukesh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.2189/2011 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Swar, District Rampur as well as Charge Sheet dated 6.11.11 and cognizance/summoning order dated 6.3.2012 on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties dated 9.6.2025, pending before Ist Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampur.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the compromise effected between the parties may be verified before the court concerned.

In the interest of justice, the applicants and the opposite party no.2 are directed to appear before the court concerned on 24.9.2025 and shall submit the compromise, which shall be verified by the court concerned and a report in this regard shall be submitted before this Court within 15 days thereafter.

List on 28.10.2025 in top ten cases.
