Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

The present petition has been preferred assailing the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Allahabad in Misc. Case no. 456 of 2024 (Pintu Singh vs. Deepak Singh and others) under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., PS- Khiri, District Prayagraj and further prayer has been made to direct the court concerned to direct the police of Police Station Khiri, District Prayagraj to lodge FIR against accused persons and make proper investigation in aforesaid case crime number.

At the very outset, learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection and submitted that applicant has an alternative remedy to file revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C. for challenging the order impugned, which is not disputed by learned counsel for applicant.

In view thereof, the present petition stands dismissed with liberty to applicant to avail alternate remedy available at law .
