This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0037/2024, under Sections 366 IPC, Police Station Bilgram, District Hardoi.

Learned A.G.A. has submitted that charge sheet in this matter has been submitted in the Court concerned on 07.04.2024.

Sri Prabhu Sharan, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the BNSS, 2023, to which there is no objection by learned A.G.A

In view of above, this present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid
