We have gone through an earlier order passed by this Court. Sri Nitin Rastogi, learned counsel for the appellant has sent illness slip but the matter was listed for personal appearance of the respondents no.2 to 5. We have taken up the matter and Sri Iqbal Ali, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents no.2 to 5 today in the Court, which is taken on record. Office is directed to print his name in the cause list when the case is next listed.
The respondents no.2 to 5 are also present before this Court in person and they have been identified by their learned counsel. Sri Iqbal Ali, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 5 undertakes to appear on behalf of the respondents no.2 to 5 as and when the case is listed and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment.
Personal appearance of respondents no.2 to 5 is dispensed with till further orders of this Court.
