Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR bearing No.0337 of 2024, under Section 87 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Umari Begumganj, District Gonda.

Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit states that a final report dated 08.02.2025 has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority. He also states on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Akshay Kumar Mishra, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Umari Begumganj, Gonda that the final report has also been filed in the Court on 22.03.2025.

The aforesaid statement of learned AGA is recorded.

Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
