Heard Shri Harsh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant bail cancellation application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge-IV, Jaunpur in Case Crime No. 181 of 2018 , under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station- Khetasarai, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial.

Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that court below, while granting bail to the opposite party no. 2, has ignored the material available on record including the cross case and forged injury report of the opposite party no.2, therefore, bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the Additional Session Judge-IV, Jaunpur deserves to be cancelled.

Per contra, learned AGA has opposed the aforesaid prayer and submitted that there is no illegality in the bail order passed by the District Court, Jaunpur in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and perusal on record and bail order dated 18.06.2025, this Court found that while granting bail to the opposite party no. 2, the court below has considered the cross case set up by the opposite party no. 2 for which, injury report as well as First Information Report of the opposite party no. 2 was also considered,

therefore, this Court has not find any illegality in the bail order passed by the court below.

Accordingly, the present bail cancellation application is hereby rejected.

However, the court concerned is directed to conclude the trial of Case Crime No. 181 of 2018 , under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station- Khetasarai, District- Jaunpur as expeditiously as possible.
