Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned AGA for the State.

In compliance of the order dated 27.11.2025, learned AGA has filed his affidavit mentioning therein that mobiles of the applicant as well as coaccused Sachin were sent to Forensic Science Laboratory, Moradabad though several reminders were sent to recover the data regarding Whatsapp chat and Instragram chat between the present applicant and victim Amit Arya and also chat with co-accused Sachin but despite repeated reminders, the required report has not been sent by the Forensic Science Laboratory. A letter dated 01.12.2025 was sent by Forensic Science Laboratory, Moradabad that relevant mobiles bundle has not yet come up for examination. Therefore, some more time may be given so that data of the mobile of applicant and co-accused Sachin could be produced before this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court grants one weeks further time to learned AGA to produce the report of Forensic Science Laboratory regarding the data of mobile of applicant and co-accused Sachin as this case is lingering because of non-availability of report of Forensic Science Laboratory.

This Court further directs the Joint Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Moradabad to ensure the supply of report regarding the data record from the mobiles of present applicant Jyoti, co-accused Sachin and victim Amit Arya by the next date of listing, failing which the Joint Director, Forensic Science
