Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned AGA for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an FIR being Case Crime No.226 of 2006 under Sections 283, 427, 435 IPC (Case No.2253 of 2009 titled State of UP vs.Anil Pandey) has been lodged by State through Constable 2518 Shri Kant Yadav at Police Station-Kakori in Lucknow. The petitioner has submitted that he is accused in the said case crime number and the trial is pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (SD), Court No.20, Lucknow.

The petitioner is accused. The is pending for the offence of the year 2006. The case was registered before the concerned court and notices were issued against the accused person on 20.9.2007.

In view thereof, after consideration of all facts and circumstances, the concerned trial court is hereby directed to decide the trial of the case against Anil Pandey aged about 49
